Technical Coordinator – Private Developer

Private developer with several high end new build residential projects throughout the North East region.

Role
A Technical Coordinator is required to strengthen the business, managing design processes from preconstruction through to build completion. 

Experience Required
An architectural technology background plus experience within a house building environment is essential. This is a stand alone role with a high level of autonomy and therefore, the ability to work independently and shape the technical coordination processes is key.

Remuneration
Circa £45-55,000 dependent on experience, plus other benefits including car allowance.
