Site Manager

An opportunity for an experienced Site Manager within a privately owned building contractor.

The Company
An established building contractor delivering new build, refurbishment and design and build projects across the private and public sectors.

The Role
Full site management responsibility, initially on a new build social housing scheme.  Future projects could be in commercial building – the company delivers across both.

Experience Required
It is essential that applicants demonstrate a number of years of experience established in a building Site Management role, with experience from site set up.  Experience of delivering a new build scheme/s for a social housing provider would be preferable.

Trades background and regional contractor experience preferred.

Remuneration
£45,000 to £49,500 per annum plus vehicle.
