Site Manager

Experienced Site Manager required to start Monday 5th December in Doncaster, 10 week contract. Will  be responsible for overseeing a complex refurbishment project. Must have enhanced DBS check with child barring service check. 

Experience Required
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Enhanced DBS Check with child barring service
Proven experience in Site Management, overseeing occupied properties
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Remuneration
£270 per day
