Site Manager

An opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to work  for a regional contractor to deliver a £5m scheme.

The Company
An award wining multi regional building contractor delivering commercial, industrial and leisure projects. 

The Role
The site manager will be responsible for managing the site team and daily supervision of subcontractors for both operations and working in accordance with the project programme. 

Experience Required
Candidates will need to come from a building background and must demonstrate site management experience of new build schemes from site set up to project completion. 

Remuneration
£50,000 to £55,000 per annum plus package.
