Senior QS – Water sector

Company
Main contractor undertaking major projects within Northumbrian Water's Living Water Enterprise, a framework which ensures collaborative delivery of major upgrades and improvements during the next decade.

Role
A Senior QS is required to manage projects within this framework. Work will be carried out from either the local office, home or site, flexible depending on the needs of the individual and project requirements. Commercial responsibility will be held during preconstruction activity and through operational delivery to completion.

Expected growth of this business unit within the organisation means there are excellent future career prospects for those who perform well and demonstrate eagerness to progress to more senior levels of responsibility.

Experience Required
Knowledge of NEC contracts and/or experience within the UK water industry will be distinctly advantageous.

Remuneration
Competitive base salary up to £75,000 plus additional benefits such as car allowance, pension etc.
