Senior QS – Social Housing     frameworks

Multinational organisation operating as a service provider for several of the regions housing associations and local authorities. Work is secured through frameworks, providing employees with long-term work and an established client base.

Role
An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to take on commercial management of projects to be carried out for a number of housing associations, which could include a range of works such as bathroom and kitchen improvement schemes. All work is regionally based in the North East.

Construction work is carried out within tenanted properties and some site visits will be required, but the position is mainly office based with some flexibility to work from home. 

Experience Required
The ideal applicant will be a proven Quantity Surveyor with a track record in social housing refurbishment.

Remuneration
Competitive base salary plus car allowance, pension scheme and other benefits.
