New Homes Sales Executive role for a site in Doncaster

Role
Managing the presentation of homes
Following up on leads
Maintaining marketing materials
Conducting weekly inspections
Ensuring that plots are ready for viewings and legal completion
Monitor ongoing sales, working closely with the sales team to address any issues with unsold units.

The role requires a good understanding of the housing market, new build sales, and relevant legislation, alongside strong communication, organizational, and customer
service skills.

Experience Required
New build sales
Familiarity with industry regulations (such as GDPR and The Consumer Code for House Builders)
Proficient with IT systems
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential
A self-motivated, proactive attitude is required to succeed in this fast-paced role

Salary
£26,000 per annum plus commission.
