Sales Executive
Excellent opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Negotiator to work on a new build housing site in Central East Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent position working Thursday – Monday.
The Role
Working for an award-winning premium builder, the postholder will:
Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Provide outstanding customer service, managing all customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Achieve sales in line with targets.
Complete all administrative tasks in line with policy and timescales.
Undertake market research within the new and second-hand housing market.
Maintain excellent working relationships with site staff.
Experience Required
Sales within the housing sector is essential.
Good IT skills.
