New opportunity for a New Home Sales Negotiator to work on sites across North Yorkshire and Humberside. This is a full time, permanent position working Thursday – Monday. 

The Role
Working for a well known established  builder, the post holder will:
Provide outstanding customer service, managing all customer enquiries
Achieve sales in line with targets
Promote panel of independent mortgage advisers and solicitors to ensure an efficient customer service and achievement of company timescales
Complete all administrative tasks in line with policy and timescales
Undertake market research within the new and secondhand housing market
Maintain excellent working relationships with site staff

Experience Required
Experience preferred but not essential.
Sales within the housing sector is desirable
Good IT skills

Remuneration
Competitive Salary depending on experience + commission.
