Quantity Surveyor – East Yorkshire – New Build Social Housing Contractor

Established, reputable contractor with a number of social housing new build projects underway and commencing during the next 18 months.

Role
A Quantity Surveyor is required to manage one or several (depending on experience) new build projects, each ranging between £6m and £20m, located throughout East Yorkshire. Based from site, interacting closely with the operational delivery team, is the preferred way of working, but flexibility to work from office and home is offered.

Experience Required
The preferred applicant will come from a main contractor background in construction, ideally with social housing or commercial building project experience. Living in, and familiarity with, East Yorkshire region is distinctly advantageous.

Remuneration
The company offers a good salary (negotiable depending on experience) plus car allowance, generous holidays, a pension scheme and access to health benefits as part of their package.
