Quantity Surveyor

Promotional step up for Assistant Quantity Surveyor. 

Company
Organisation looking for commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its team delivering new build private housing schemes within the North East region. 

Role
Aiming to deliver a strong commercial performance to maximise financial profitability of the scheme that will be reinvested into the company's other initiatives, the Quantity Surveyor will manage one or more new build housing projects within the region. This position reports to an experienced commercial manager who will provide support and guidance. 

This is a full time role, mainly be site based, worked over four and a half days with an early finish every Friday.  

Experience Required
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Assistant QS who is keen to progress and gain more responsibilities within an environment that will allow for development, progression and further learning whilst also offering an excellent work life balance and fantastic perks. Experience must be demonstrated from within housebuilding either from private developers or main contractor organisations delivering new build housing schemes for private or public sector clients.
