Role
The Quantity Surveyor vacancy is an office based role, and forms part of a small close-knit commercial team. The team has responsibility for ensuring all projects are delivered to budget and within the cost programme, so the role entails managing these aspects of projects from start to finish.

The successful applicant will be given time to learn the ropes within this company environment and will build up to responsibility for running projects in excess of £15m independently.

Experience Required
The ideal applicant will come from a contractor or consultancy background. With some experience as a Quantity Surveyor, there will be an eagerness to develop toward managing sizeable projects, as well as becoming part of a close team and stable, well-rooted business.

Remuneration
Negotiable depending on level of experience.
