Role
A Quantity Surveyor position has arisen within the local team, to be focussed on sites within the North East region. The QS post carries responsibility for managing up to three projects simultaneously (variable depending on individual experience and capability) and reports to the Commercial Manager.

Experience Required
Proven Quantity Surveying success within volume housebuilding with COINS software experience is preferable, although applicants from a solid building background and enthusiasm to move into housebuilding will also be considered. A demonstrable network and relationships with regional subcontractors will prove advantageous.

Remuneration
Flexible, competitive basic salary, car allowance and bonuses.
