Streetworks / Planning Administrator required for a new role in the Durham area.  This is a full-time, permanent role.

The Role
Providing general admin support to the Streetworks Coordinator, assisting with the planning of the work.    

Duties will include:
Handling information from multiple sources in order to efficiently manage the works schedule, liaising with operational teams across the contact to obtain progress information.
Reporting on jobs that have been complete and those that are still outstanding.
Working with the Streetworks Co-Ordinator to gain an understanding of their role to assist when busy and cover during holidays.
Updating various databases with documents and images.
Liaising with the customer care team, ensuring excellent customer service is delivered.
Updating customers on planned work dates and managing their expectations.
Building stakeholder relationships both internally and externally

The Person
Applicants will ideally have a civil engineering/drainage background, strong IT skills and some planning knowledge would be useful too.

Remuneration
£25,000 per annum.
