Payroll Team Leader
This is a 6 month temporary position, a project role to specifically support the implementation of the payroll elements of a new people system.

Public sector organisation with circa 4000 employees.
The Role
You will play a key role supporting the Payroll Manager with the move from Oracle/BMS to I-Trent. You will support and motivate the existing team with the transition to the new system and support with parallel payroll runs. The first parallel pay run is to go live at the end of April.
Experience
Experience with new people system implementation
I-Trent experience is desirable not essential
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, laws, statutory payments and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HR software
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Remuneration
Competitive hourly rate and flexible depending on previous experience.
