PA and Office Manager required for a new permanent role in the East Durham area.  This is full-time and office based.

The Role
Supporting a senior leadership team of 4-5 people, the successful applicant will carry out a range of traditional PA duties, this will include diary management, meeting coordination and minute taking, booking travel & accommodation for conferences and general admin support as required.

The role is also that of Office Manager, duties will include ordering office consumables, logging calls and correspondence, ensuring the reception service is maintained at a high level, typing and assisting in marketing if required and that the office running costs are kept within budget.

The Person
Applications are invited from people with a substantial amount of experience within a similar role, supporting a senior leadership team.  Additionally, applicants will be professional, well presented and have an appreciation for the importance of effective stakeholder engagement.  

Remuneration
£37,000 per annum.
