Contracts Manager
An opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a busy repair services contractor.

The Role
A Contracts Manager role with responsibility for social housing responsive repairs and maintenance works, overseeing two managers, fifteen operatives and a selection of specialist contractors for the delivery of a high volume, fast paced reactive workload.
Experience Required
Experience in social housing reactive repairs is essential. This is a demanding workload and requires a people person with a skill in managing delivery teams and client relationships, a good grasp of IT for working with systems and data, together with an analytical approach to managing a high volume of works, and the collaborative skills to solve problems.
Remuneration
£46,600 per annum plus £6,500 car allowance.
