Role
As Contracts Manager for Pitched Roofing, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of roofing solutions across the North East region. From initial planning to final completion, you'll ensure that every project meets high standards, within budget and programme

Experience Required
Experience in Contracts Management, particularly in pitched roofing.
A qualification in Construction Management or a Trades background.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices.

Remuneration
£50,000 per annum plus benefits.
