The Role
The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of a range of works – specialist restorations, concrete and brickwork repairs, structural works, and building schemes – effectively managing teams and engaging well with clients.

Experience Required
It is essential that candidates demonstrate experience in building project management and can provide evidence of client relationship management.

Remuneration
£60,000 to £65,000 per annum
