Contracts Manager

A real opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager to join a successful contractor with a view to progressing into a Contracts Manager role as a planned progression route.

The Role
The plan for this role is for the successful candidate to start as a Site Manager, to learn the company's ways, with lots of support, and to then progress in the short term into a Contracts Manager role, again, with plenty of support, and the workload and responsibility that comes with it would be built up at a manageable rate.

This role has been created on account of growth and to ensure the existing Contracts Managers are not over stretched.

Experience
Ideally, candidates will have a Construction Management degree and five years of experience in a site management role – this could be within building, commercial refurbishment or housebuilding.

Remuneration
£55,000 per annum, with increase in line with promotion.
