Role
This is a junior position within the commercial team for which training and development will be provided. The successful applicant will be working at the front end of projects during early design phases, building up the profile of costs and establishing the contract clauses and liabilities to be forecasted during delivery phases. This is a fantastic platform from which an excellent understanding of NEC contracts can be gleaned, an ideal basis for a junior QS to begin a career within the civil engineering sector. 

Experience Required
Applicants will live within the North East and be familiar with the region geographically. Completion, or near completion, of a Quantity Surveying degree is essential. Having an interest in small and large projects with a heavy civil engineering leaning is imperative to success within this role.

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK without the need for visa support now or in future and will, ideally, hold a full driving licence.

Remuneration
