Ian founded the business over twenty five years ago and throughout this time has directed the company through rapid growth to the current position of specialising on all areas relating to the built environment.
Passionate about standards in the recruitment industry, and equally concerned about its standing within the wider business community, Ian has held roles such as Chair of the North East region of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
