Site Agent

Freelance Site Agent required to oversee all day-to-day activities on civil engineering (plot works) schemes.

Experience Required
Essential experience working in plot sector of new build projects/sites
Ensure full compliance with contractual requirements and Company Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems
Assess the environmental impact and risks connected to projects
Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements
Ensure technical compliance and the safety of all operational activities
Monitor progress against programme, take off and call off materials in advance of work
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports, variation reports for the scheme
Prepare detailed weekly lookahead programmes
Schedule and manage resources to deliver site works
Provide accurate records and measurement details to enable the Quantity Surveyor to prepare monthly valuations
Support the planning, design, and management of projects
Manage information flow and identify technical queries
Ensure exceptional levels of customer care

Qualifications
CSCS card
SMSTS
First aid at work certificate

Remuneration
Negotiable
