Role
A Managing QS is required to oversee a team of 4 to 5 Quantity Surveyors. Responsibility is to be held for managing commercial activities and processes, ensuring projects are being handled effectively, costs are reported accurately and project deadlines are being achieved.

Experience Required
The successful applicant is likely to be Senior Quantity Surveyor currently working with a building contractor, eager to find a pathway to management. Commercial management skills within building or building services projects should be demonstrable, plus experience of supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.

Remuneration
Up to £83,000 plus car allowance and other benefits.
