Key partner within Living Water Enterprise, this organisation is underway with a good volume of work allocated by Northumbrian Water, and has more to pick up throughout several years of the forthcoming framework.

Role
The company requires a Commercial Lead; an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Manager who can take the front role in building relations and setting up contractual arrangements and commercial procedures for new schemes ahead.

Experience Required
To be successful, the Commercial Lead will be an established QS who has worked within the UK water sector and has managed complex civil engineering/process/M&E developments within clean or waste water projects. Excellent communication skills, people and process management, and a strong understanding of long term framework relationships must be demonstrated. Applicants will ideally have a solid connection with the North East region.

Remuneration
Competitive salary plus additional package benefits to be negotiated.
