Site Manager
An opportunity for a housebuilding Site Manager.
The Company
An established contractor delivering new build social housing schemes across the North East.
The Role
To oversee and manage the construction of residential housing projects, ensuring all phases of housebuilding are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards while meeting agreed budgets and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Delivery: Lead the management of residential construction projects, ensuring that homes are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This includes overseeing each phase of the housebuilding process, from site preparation and foundations to final finishes and handover.
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Resource Management: Plan and coordinate the effective use of labour, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth site operations. Ensure resources are available and deployed efficiently for each phase of construction, including groundwork, structural work, plumbing, electrical installations, and finishing works. Subcontractor Coordination.
Experience Required
It is essential that applicants demonstrate experience as a housebuilding Site Manager.
Remuneration
£50,000 to £60,000 per annum plus vehicle and additional benefits.
