Sales Executive
Excellent opportunity for an experienced New Home Sales Negotiator to work on a new build housing site near Hull. This is a full-time, permanent position working Thursday – Monday.
The Role
Working for an award-winning premium builder, the postholder will:
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Provide outstanding customer service, managing all customer enquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Achieve sales in line with targets.
- Complete all administrative tasks in line with policy and timescales.
- Undertake market research within the new and second-hand housing market.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with site staff.
Experience Required
Sales within the housing sector is essential.
Good IT skills.
Remuneration
£27,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience plus commission and annual bonus.
