Preconstruction Quantity Surveyor

Hybrid role – QS – no site delivery

Role
An experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to work closely with the senior procurement team across all regional projects, focussed on preconstruction tasks during stage one tenders, splitting up packages appropriately, and engaging and negotiating with subcontractors. 

This is an office and home based role which offers the incumbent flexibility in terms of work pattern, rather than the rigidity that can sometimes be unavoidable due to site operational delivery requirements.

Experience
Preconstruction work within a main contractor environment is essential. This position will suit an experienced building main contractor's QS who is eager to find an improved work life balance and work within a strategically focussed front end role.

Remuneration
Up to £75,000 base salary plus a range of other benefits including generous car allowance and pension scheme.
