Sales Executive
An established and highly successful five-star house builder is looking for an enthusiastic and successful new home Sales Adviser to join their team in Preston. Working hours are Thursday to Monday, and the position offers a competitive salary and bonus.
The Role
Sales Negotiation of New Homes from both initial plans, to show homes
Liaising with mortgage advisors, solicitors and other external contacts
Creating marketing and promotional material to help sales
Keeping up to date with competitors prices and deals
Dealing with any customer queries up until the sale has completed
Liaising with the Site Manager
Reporting to Sales Manager with weekly updates on sales
Recording all offers through to completion
Maintaining customer records, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
The Person
Applicants must have previous experience working within the new build industry and working to targets, it is essential that they have managed a new build development. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and will have excellent sales and communication skills, they need to be a professional individual who has a proactive and driven approach.
Remuneration
Up to £26,500 per annum dependent upon experience + commission
