Senior / Lead QS

Prestigious new homes developer requires QS to strengthen team.

Prestigious developer with office based in Newcastle.

Role
Due to an acceleration of projects and enable the opening of additional sites in 2025, a Quantity Surveyor is required to strengthen the commercial team.

Experience Required
Project commercial management experience (QS) in new build housing is preferred, although experience within other residential or domestic schemes will be considered. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills.

Remuneration
Negotiable base salary depending on level of experience.
