Arcas Building Solutions is a main contractor, positioned to deliver new build and refurbishment construction projects across a range of sectors including Education, Health and Commercial, typically ranging between £500k and £5m in value.

Most contracts are won through competitive tender, with a high proportion of opportunity coming through recommendation and repeat business, because of the reputation the business has earned for delivering the highest standards of service.

The size of the company allows for an excellent level of control in line with the business strategies for expansion, enhancing client relationships and reputation, and upskilling of employees. Without the restrictions of a rigid business structure and bureaucratic processes, the senior management team is hands on and provides leadership and mentoring to advance capabilities.

As part of Northern Bear Plc, Arcas Building Solutions can draw upon resources, knowledge and skills from the wider group, further strengthening the business offering. Being part of the Plc gives the additional benefit of shareholder backing and investment, reinforcing the companies’ strong financial position, plans for growth, and adaptability in the event of changing market conditions.
