Tier one contractor – Managing Quantity Surveyor – North East

National building contractor with strong North East portfolio.

Role
Managing QS required to strengthen the regional team, taking responsibility for commercial delivery of two to three major projects simultaneously.

Experience Required
This is a position open to an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who comes from a national main contractor background and has experience delivering projects in excess of £30m, ideally multiple projects with combined value £50m+.
