Finance Director

The Role
In summary, the Director of Finance will be responsible for providing the lead on establishing a suitable finance model for the business in line with shareholder expectations, together with developing appropriate structure and processes to ensure the effective and sustained financial performance of the organisation. It is the Director of Finance's responsibility to lead the day-to-day financial operations of the company, to support the business plan and lead on financial reporting in support of the Chief Executive Officer, in addition to developing a framework of professional advisers for the Group. The role involves working with the executive team and board members to ensure financial best practice and reporting, together with all statutory compliance requirements. The finance team is well established covering the full financial lifecycle of the group.

Experience Required
Applicants must be able to demonstrate degree level qualification or equivalent, and will ideally be qualified CIMA/ACA/ACCA/CIPFA, with a good understanding of regeneration and the financial models associated with regeneration projects, including housing and/or construction project management, and also demonstrating previous experience in a Finance Director role.
