Project Manager

An attractive opportunity for an experienced Building Project Manager to join a good regional contractor.

The Company
A building contractor, part of a wider group, undertaking a range of refurbishment and building projects across the North East, offering to clients, supply chain and employees the reassurance of being carefully managed by a Senior Management Team with close attention to relationships, and how things are done.

The Role
A full Project Management role, with involvement with a project from pre-construction, to ensure a full understanding of the job throughout its full cycle.  The first project undertaken by this newly appointed Project Manager would be a £3m scheme; a mix of refurbishment with new build elements, under £5m in value.

Experience Required
Applications are welcomed from experienced Project Managers demonstrating involvement with projects from the design stage through to completion.  Experience of both internal refurbishments and external works (including enabling works and complex extensions) is required.

Remuneration
£60,000 to £70,000 per annum.
